Striking a balance between excitement and comfort; visitors at Pond Hill Place are meant to feel as if it’s their own home away from home.  Tucked away in the Green Mountains you will feel a world away from the stresses of urban life, but remain just a short drive to world class restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities.

Thoughtfully designed to be elegant without being lavish. Painstaking attention has been given to every detail, making the ordinary beautiful.   You will notice many of the ‘ornamental’ pieces in the house are actually usable tools and equipment.  Fishing poles, oars, even axes all placed like works of art yet there for you to utilize.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is well appointed to make you feel at home. Comfy beds with crisp cozy bedding, ceiling fans, dressers, luggage stands, vanity mirrors and charging stations are standard in all rooms. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom.  One with a queen bed, one with a full/twin bunk bed with a trundle and a crib and the other with a full/twin bunk bed with a trundle.  The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and is downstairs off the billiards room along with a full bathroom.  There is a newly remodeled ½ bath on the main floor.
