Pond Hill Place is a beautifully appointed home on 35 private acres. Blending Mid-Century with Colonial Vermont design it is truly serene. Centrally located in Vermont’s Green Mountains there are endless opportunities to explore within a short drive. Manchester, Ludlow, Killington and Woodstock are all easily accessible. However, you may decide to savor the solitude and never leave the property

Winter Harbor House is a stylish Victorian walking distance from the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Greenport Village. Absolutely perfect location. Only a few hundred feet from the Mitchell Park/Marina, Waterfront Boardwalk/Beach and the North Ferry to Shelter Island. Enjoy gorgeous marina views and great people watching from the front porch. This 1890's Victorian has all the modern amenities you want while making you feel like you're experiencing a part of Greenport's history.
Casa Del Canyon

Spend your days enjoying some of the best cycling, hiking and climbing in the world and your nights relaxing in our hot tub or by one of our fire pits. You won’t find a better place to rejuvenate for your next day’s adventure.

“Erica & Janson’s beautiful home was the perfect place to spend a long weekend in Greenport! The location is amazing — steps away from the water and so many of the best shops and restaurants in town. The house was spotless on our arrival and was filled with beautiful (and new!) furniture and super comfortable beds and linens. My group of 9 fit very comfortably in the space and everyone in the group definitely wants to return to Erica & Janson’s next time we’re in Greenport!”

“Pond Hill Place is even more beautiful in person than you can imagine. The entire property is meticulously cared for and provides a beautiful escape. We loved relaxing by the ponds and enormous firepit! The home is thoughtfully decorated and allows for a large group to have privacy but also plenty of space in the common rooms and basement to spend some quality time together. The space was clean and well-maintined. Erica and Janson were responsive, kind, and gracious hosts. We look forward to booking another stay with them.”

“Location was perfect and so convenient to all downtown Greenport has to offer. Restaurants, shops, ferry are all very short walks away. The front porch was definitely our favorite feature of the house, especially in nice weather. House was as described, very roomy, and equipped with more than is mentioned in the description. Janson was super helpful and responded immediately to all questions. So friendly and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting the area.
